About ETEI

The Engineering/Technology Educators of Indiana (ETEI) is the premier professional organization for K-12 and Post-Secondary Engineering and Technology Educators (ETE). ETEI is closely aligned with International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), which is the leading International Professional Organization. ETEI also works diligently with the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE), Indiana Department of Workforce Development (IDWD), Indiana Association of Career and Technical Educators (IACTE), and the Indiana Career and Technical Education Districts (IACTED) to provide the best opportunities for its members.

ETEI members and leadership team continue to be involved at the local, state, national, and international level. Members like Bob Sexton and Marquis Songer are responsible for piloting some of the new Advanced Manufacturing programs at the local level, while other members like Dr. Richard Seymour and Gary Gray work to develop curriculum and promote ETE at the State level. In addition, Gary Wynn of Greenfield-Central High School, is serving as the current president of ITEEA. There are many other members like these in Indiana that work tirelessly to advance Engineering/Technology Education. Have a voice in the future of ETE and get involved with ETEI today.
